One of the best meals I’ve ever had was in Beijing. There is this fabulous restaurant called Peking Duck, Private Kitchen. The duck is fantastic but the side dishes are equally amazing. This picture is of the duck meat spring roles. They were unbelievable. My other favourite was the bamboo-grilled asparagus. Tweet This Post
