This is a photo where I an easily recognize the faults. It’s not properly focused, nor timed nor lighted. But sometimes (especially when it involves children) you just have to shoot and hope for the best. This was most definitely one of those moments. I was on a walking tour of some villages near Nong Khiaw, Laos talking with some older women who were weaving. All of a sudden these little boys burst onto the scene, running down the main road of the village, playing and racing as only children can. It was a lovely little moment that I’m glad I captured at least in some capacity.
